Challenger 300 Aviation Model

A detailed scale model of the Bombardier Challenger 300 business jet, produced as a corporate display piece for an aviation client — a single project combining nearly every capability in the studio. The airframe was FDM 3D printed and hand-finished with progressive wet sanding to a paint-ready surface, mounted on a CNC machined walnut display base with a polished steel mount, and delivered in a bespoke presentation box with burgundy felt lining and brushed steel hardware.

Sailboat Tiller Cam

A machine tiller cam produced for a sailboat tiller system — a functional, load-bearing replacement component. The part was first 3D printed as a prototype to validate fit and function on the boat, then CNC machined in durable material for the final working part. A complete prototype-to-production workflow that restored the tiller mechanism at a fraction of the cost and lead time of sourcing the original.
